Monique Fischer, PA-C

I’ve called Boerne, Texas home since kindergarten, and this community has always been an important part of my story. After graduating from Texas State University, I completed the Physician Assistant Program at UT Health San Antonio. My career began in primary care and urgent care in Kerrville, then expanded into women’s health and OB/GYN in San Antonio, where I gained valuable experience in hormone replacement therapy, women’s health, and aesthetics. Four years ago, I joined Boerne Family Medicine, where I built a thriving primary care practice with a loyal patient base while also launching a successful weight loss and hormone optimization program. My passion for comprehensive care—helping patients live longer, feel better, and embrace confidence—led me to partner with Dr. Stahl in creating Stahl Medical, a newly founded center combining primary care, aesthetics, skin health, anti-aging, and longevity medicine under one roof. Outside of medicine, my husband (also a Boerne native) and I are raising our three young children—two girls and a boy. We love traveling, spending time with family, and staying connected to the community. It has been amazing to watch the tremendous growth of our small town over the years, but even more humbling to see that Boerne continues to hold onto its small-town charm, where neighbors treat each other like family and friends.
